Have you checked that power is getting to the unit, is there a separate Circuit breaker in your van, just for the Aircon ?

ALSO.
There's normally a "separate" power plug at end of the cable from Air cond???.
In my last Roadstar. It was inside the storage area over dual wheel arch at end.
A double. Air cond and Fridge.
Anytime you put something in. It was easy to knock to off.
Till I shifted it.
IF it has calked. and you have the room.
Replace with a Household split unit.
100 times better at the job. Fraction of price. and more economical. QUIETER... To run.

We have just had ours repaired, for the same problem, no power. It was a blown transformer. The transformer feeds low voltage to the control panel. Total cost $130.

Thats a shame. If one light is on , we sometimes can change the setting from 25 to 21 or air con. To fan etc. n that works but if no lights can only think of fuse as doug said. Best to get in a professional. Regards
