Depends what you need but there are two caravan parks at Emu Point and a big 4 at Middleton Beach or one close to town or King river Palms there are several others plus a free camp at Torbay 20 Klms out .

Just depends on what you want to spend, prices range from $35 a night to about $60 a night, per week not sure. Kalgan is about the cheapest and Middleton the most expensive, also depends on the time of year you wish to be there. school holidays prices go up also some have a peak season and also a high peak season.

We had a pleasant stay at Albany Happy Days Caravan Park. Its a little away from the main road and beside the King River, 12 km from the city centre.

Thanks for all your replies and help.
We are currently in Ravenshope and going on a wild flower safari.

There's also Panorama, close to Torndirrup NP, which is a bit dated but you can camp right down on the harbour with a convenience store just down the road. King River Palms and Happy Days are right on the river but its a bit of a drive into town to the shops....unless someone has started one up recently. (Make sure you ask to camp down by the river end especially if the super trucks are running as they go most of the day and half the night.)

It's the same distance as Happy Days (12 km) from the city centre. What's the go with this one? There are no reviews on either Badgers or WikiCamps. Maybe you could try it and put a review on each of those sites.

You're right, Peter. I searched for it and it comes up under the area of Big Grove.
It has 3 stars. I'm not recommending the park as I haven't stayed there, but it has 3 stars and the comments are a mixed bag. The unpowered sites are right by the water and you share the area with the pelicans. It seems if you want beautiful amenities, don't go there.....depends what you want really.
