SWMBO has started a new venture while on the road, of doll making, hopefully she will be able to sell one or two, I think they are rather good but I am biased. What do you think .
Thanks Blues Man.SWMBO is very pleased with her,it is very good that she is keeping herself busy and learning about doll making and leaving me alone

This one is really awesome, I remember when I was a kid and my sister used to have this kind of dolls before when we are travelling across the country. Brings back memories. Thanks Trevor!

My thoughts... How tall is the doll? Is it "playable" or just for show? What price are you thinking of asking?
As I said before Jackie, the doll is absolutely gorgeous.
Cheers,
Jewel

Hi.Jewel.Thank.you for the comment. Weĺl she is.approx 35 cm.
The clothes are not.removable.She is standing only as the legs are.not jointed. I would say they are not really playable because of that.I am.asking $50.

Hi again Jackie.
I can see you have put a lot of time and creativity into the dolls but unfortunately these days it doesn't always equate to $.
People who appreciate something original and handmade will be more than happy to pay $50.
However at the same time you will get others who will compare the price to the plethora of cheep 'made in China' dolls out there.
I love what you are doing and wish you all the best in selling the little darlings.
PS I would happily pay the $50 if she was 'playable' as I am on the lookout for a birthday present but unfortunately the birthday girl will only be turning 2.
Cheers,
Jewel

They are saleable. My wife is one of a group doing that sort of thing for sale in the Wyong hospital auxiliary shop. She will not make much profit (if any) out of it but it will keep her off the street and out of the pub. Some of the stuff they sell at Wyong is sold at less than the cost of the new price of the materials they use.
