I'm looking for some honest opinions on the above camp sites. I have heard very mixed reports about both and to be honest I'm a little concerned about spending time at both of them but the reviews and opinions on Gnaraloo in particular seem to be either good or terrible with nothing in between

We have just spent a few nights at Point Quobba. The area is stretched along the coast for about a kilometre, just pick an area of your choice. Ranger comes around in the afternoon to collect a fee of $8 p.p p.night. Unhitch the car and drive around to see the Blowholes which are amazing and fascinating.check out the lighthouse and the memorial to the HMAS Sydney and then look at the amazing blowholes again.just don't go too close to the edge of the cliffs. KING WAVES KILL! ENJOY.

Hi Ger,
We stayed at Quobba Station this time last year. Planned to stay4-5 days. stayed 2 nights. Our water pump played up and had to return to Carnarvon for repairs.
The camp sites are spread out, with fire pits. Has a small shop for basics. No dump point here.
There is a dump point at the Blow holes and camping as well, about 8km south.
If you are thinking of fishing from the rock ledges, IMO opion not worth the risks or your life.
