Does anyone know if there is any camping spots around Orange apart from the main caravan parks. Rod.

No, I don't, but Carcour Dam is not far away - great spot to spend some time.

Tad cold at this time of year - Gamboola Rest area about 15 Klm North of Orange, Mitchell Hgw. Toilets and picnic tables

Orange show ground, 24 hours, but must be fully self contained. Book in at the caravan park to see if it is available.

Federal Falls camp ground, Towac Way, Canobolas. It's a national parks site.

McQuarie Woods. Halfway to Bathurst.

Huge area- lovely spot. Only facilities are drop toilets
