OK we bought our rig in summer last year a 2010 Newlands A/C works fine but went away in winter and heater didn't work so bought a small portable one for $20. Pulled the cover off the A/C yesterday and looks like easy job to replace heat strip but have googled heaps and can't find where to buy spare parts any help would be greatly appreciated. I know these roof mounted A/C are noisy but just like to have everything working.

We have a Concept caravan also there is a service centre at Slacks Creek south of Brisbane Qld, I have no dealing we them.
Also Allan Grahmes Caravans in Gosford NSW were very good when I ordered a part for our van it was delivered in a couple of days, very good service, a pkeasure to deal with.
