We are planning a trip to Ulladulla in the next few weeks.
Is there any recommendations on the best route? I have been on the Canberra to Batemans Bay road and found it very windy and steep
an alternative may be good.

I have done Princes Hwy a few times, once with unbeknown at the time, faulty van brakes. All good. I would go that way anytime.

Actually the Braidwood - Nowra Rd ( Trunk Route 92 ) or Nerriga - Nowra Rd whatever name you want is a great scenic well surfaced route, runs from Braidwood to Nowra or you can turn and come out onto the Princess Hwy south of Nowra then it's just a short run down the road to Ulladulla, way better than the windy, hily Princess hwy up from Vic or the Kings Hwy down the mountain.
