hello everyone, Is air conditioning run off the motor when parked up or can u get them to run off electricity As well.

I have a transit. It does both. It has two air-cons. The cab one and the house one. The house one is 240v only. The cab one can be run when the van is parked up with out electricity. Though I wouldn't recommend doing it too much. Sitting with the van idling not good.

Hi msg, so the house one is for the back of the van n when staying at say a showgrounds u run it to keep cool. thats what i wanted to know. Thanks for that. Regards rocket
