Hi, we just bought two new bicycles and want to carry them both on a gooseneck style bike rack on the back of our motorhome. I was wondering what are people using to protect them while in transit We might be crossing the Nullabor so might get a lot of dust and rain etc One cover for both of them would be preferred.
Any ideas ...

Go to a bike shop. Or Ebay.
Covers are made for them in transit.
If they are expensive bicycles, then a good bicycle shop will sell good quality covers
If they are run of the mill cost bicycles, then the covers from eBay will be sufficient, but they will deteriorate, mainly due to the flapping, while travelling
My bicycles, when I take one, (when travelling solo), are just el cheapo bicycles, these days
I only use a woolies type shopping bag, to protect the seat
