Hello - today we lost our bathroom window from our Jayco Starcraft 20.62.2 - I had not locked the window in place correctly and it vanished in the excessive wind and rain. The window and one of the arms were lost. Am I able to buy a new window and arms and replace it myself? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks 2558.

Terry,
I would talk to the nearest Jayco Dealer. I think they may be able to help you get the details of the window by using your chassis number. They could tell you the make model and size from the build plans. They should then be able to get a new one in for you.

Terry,
Lost a double glazed dometic bathroom window from our van in WA about four years ago the same way as you did. Got a real shock when we were told that a replacement window blade would cost $490 !!!!!!!!!!!
Fortunately we recovered our window undamaged courtesy of a Ranger of the National Park where we lost it. We were very relieved that we did not have to pay for a replacement.

YES.
They are all $5 or 10 bucks each... NOT.
That price sounds about right. More if full size\width.
Rear lift up window on my 2010 ute canopy was $440
plus freight last yr.
You insured?. If not..
Well you should be.
The ins will cover it.
Just tell them it went when you were moving during one of the storms we've had.
Or been away. and found like that when returned.
