HWS and Amazing customer service from Central Vic Caravan Services

Pete and i had our first real major break down in the caravan after 4 years when our Hot Water Service rusted out and started leaking.
Turns out i was right and the Anoyed thingy that i have read so much about did not replacing on a regular basis and that yes Pete there are sometimes that i know what I'm talking about (well kinda )
At the time of discovering the leak (luckily leaking outside with no water in the van) it was the Sunday before Anzac day and we are about to set off again doing quite some free camping and it is COLD in Victoria this week, so a replacement was a must.
We took it to Central Victorian Caravan Services in Marong (outside of Bendigo). Despite being booked out for months paul was kinda enough to fit us in and confirmed we would need a new one - as it was we needed to be in Melbourne for a family wedding on the Tuesday so we took off leaving the van with Phillip and was able to pick up a new HWS from his supplier on our way back Wednesday, had the new HWS to him at 1pm and was picking our van up all fixed and tested by 4:30pm.
Now that is some amazing customer service, Paul and his team where amazing, so helpful and understanding of our sense of urgency being this is our home and as travellers had no where to stay while it was being fixed.
So if our need anything done we highly recommend Paul and his Team at Central Victorian Caravan Services (Marong) 03 -54352380 a great country business with outstanding customer services.
