Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
I am looking to replace the fold out couch in the motorhome - no idea where to start looking - have googled but nothing for motorhomes comes up and very little for caravans.
Any and all help appreciated.

our friends have a sprinter motorhome. They made like the old fashion divan couch. Don't know if you remember them but it has a wood base in two pieces. Oh it's hard to explain. But it sits up as a couch during the day, then you kind of fold the two bits of wood together and it clicks open and flat and becomes the bed. He has foam mattress from Clarke rubber I think, which acts as couch during day and bed at night. He is handy man, made it himself but a cabinet maker or carpenter could price it for you. They'd probably understand my weird description.

It worked for my friends. They were able to leave enough room for a little seat and moveable table so that he could sit kinda at the end of the bed and read the paper while the wife still in bed.

Why not check out a furniture shop like "Fantastic furniture or Amart" if you are flush with dollars,Go Harvey Norman, of coarse measure up first and take a tape measure with you.
I have come across 3 people who just put a normal lounge sofa bed type in there 2 ton vans.
