David and I are not completely new to this travel bug. But we are new to this site.
Ummm... over the past few years we have left behind a camper van and then a Jayco Eagle now we have upgraded to what we call a super duper van with all the mod cons - an eight year old Roadstar Daintree, our Palace...
We plan to head off late April - most likely north but which way our vehicle is heading that is where we are going.
Maybe we will see some of you on the road.
We have a small dog and really considering taking her again. The only hiccup is that we cannot go to National Parks. I often wonder if some of the caravan parks or someone else has considered offering a dog minding service in areas close to the NPs. We have noticed how many fellow Nomads take their precious pets. (I could add this to the Pet area if necessary).
Happy adventuring to all
David and Sheryl

This is really a note to the GN organizers. A couple of days ago I decided to work out just how this terrific site actually worked.
I was attempting to discover how to send a post. This site is quite a bit more complicated than Caravanners Forum and the
simple task of sending in a contribution is in fact quite complicated for older blokes like me who are not very computer literate.
Lord knows what has happened I tried a couple of messages and this has resulted in a hundred replies clogging my inbox each day.
So - can you assist please. I need you to stop the replies and for you to advise me where to look on the GN site to learn how it works.
Many many thanks, sorry if I have caused you and problems.
Best wishes Grahame newboy

G'day David and Sheryl, and welcome to the forum. Plenty of great advice and folks on here. Don't forget to try out the two games - Who is This in the I digress section and Pick ThisPlace in the general section. 'Pick this place' is a great way to find new places to explore.

This is a very good site for travelling information, and most of us are friendly and as helpful as we can be
Hope that you find somewhere to leave your dog, when you go into the National Parks
