Just hoping to find someone who has purchased a new winnebago from Apollo RVs in Brisbane. Interested to know if they are happy with their motorhome and the quality of after sales service/warranty

If you would like to compare with an other dealer try Queensland RVs on the sunshine coast just north of Caloundra , He is also a member of this Forum , Good luck and take your time when you do that you will get the best result .

is it a Winnibago or Avida - the latter are made by Jayco and heaps of complaints about them.
Jayco used to make the Winnibagos under licence from Winnibago (an American company) but had their contract ripped up because of the poor assembly

Bruce and Bev; The Avida is manufactured by Knott Industries at Emu Plains NSW - They have been prohibited from using Winnebago name and Logo following legal action from Winnebago i.e. there was a High Court of Australia Order issued on them and their Dealers. Nothing to do with Jayco. You are correct in the fact however that they have a reputation for shoddy workmanship and service.
The Winnebago licence is held by Appollo.
