It's far from over , more bad weather forecast....................

the Bureau of Meteorology advised severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds, heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding and large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours. Satellite imagery at 6:50pm shows a line of thunderstorms extending from Mukinbudin through to Laverton moving slowly south. Thunderstorms are expected to develop throughout the remainder of the warning area in the next few hours.
Take extra care on the roads and do not drive into water of unknown depth and current.

Thanks for all your event/weather postings KJ.
I always really appreciate them because I don't have to go searching around the web with the limited data I have.
I may rarely comment back (as it seems lots don't), but I do just want you to know how much I do appreciate your time and effort with them.

Thanks for kind thoughts Grubbygyspy, Yes at times when I don't get any feedback, I begin to wonder if I have been wasting my time,
I don't mind searching the News Sites for info, I often think that if I have helped one person to keep clear of any danger, then I feel I have achieved something.
Enjoy your travels and take care out there.

I don't think for a second you're wasting your time. I think it's one of those things that it interests people if it concerns them at the time and it's not necessarily 'chat' worthy.
I'm ALWAYS looking out for weather/fire/flooding events......checking most of my 18 apps most of the day . Pays to be aware of what potentially can hit!
I'm enjoying my travels today mate! Weathers cooled....and I've rocked up to this most gorgeous free camp with anything I'll ever need. Life's grand.
You enjoy too.

Also thank you for your update re the weather or potential catastrophic news items .
I don't for a second think you are wasting your time KJ
Keep them coming I recon .
We are in Bremer bay this month but had to drive to Albany yesterday going back tonight .
Hopefully no water over the road.
The Pallinup river has Brocken its bank the water was roaring and only 6 foot below the bridge, but subsiding now all though the approach to the bridge is all cut up but should be ok to return.
Two big bridges washed away between Ravensorpe and Esperance .
Also two people have lost their lives plus some others unaccounted for .
A tragedy indeed .

Howdy Dhutime, I've had a check on the Main Roads Web Site,
There doesn't seem to be anything listed as dangerous road conditions in the area where you are,
But all could change with a lot of water still coming South after heavy falls inland,
Should you wish to do further checks, here is their site address.....
https://www.mainroads.wa.gov.au/.
Do take care out there, as I'm sure you will, far better to be a bit late, than not to arrive at all,
And thanks for your support of my Postings.
