Hi everyone. Just joined this group. My husband Mick and I plus Molly the cavoodle are about to embark on our first half loop. We will be traveling with another couple and are looking forward to the big adventure. We plan to be away for about 11 months. Starting in Brisbane and heading to Rutherglen for the wine festival the across to South Australia, up the middle to Darwin then over to the west and down the coast to Perth. We then will go across the Nullarbor to SA and be in Melbourne for Xmas with our daughter. Home by end of Jan 18. Hope to meet up with lots of lovely GNS. Cheers.. Rhonda

Welcome . We did it the other way . Clock wise Penrith . Mt Gambier all around the coast to Darwin then down centre .. The BIG part is SLOWING down . In our case .. We would pull up in Nice place . Then after two days start thinking about next town etc .. So hard to slow down . Not on 4 weeks annual leave !! Totally enjoyed it . Hooking up with couple we've known for over 40 years . He actually boarded with us when single ., cruising outer west NSW, SA, Vic back through high country . Keep us informed ., pics etc and funny things going on .. Lol
