trouble is.
When you get in your '70's and lived a life.
There's that much you get it confused as to what you did and when.
I do anyway.
Lotsa memories. BUT.....
We were just talking about daughter and eldest boy,
B4 second boy came along. and what she used to do to him.
15\18 months old.
And she 52 in coupla months. jeez.
She's old, never mind me.
Anyway.
Who would read stuff from old farts like us.
T'would only be interesting to us, and like minds.

Our major reason for traveling is fauna & fauna photography. It's a challenging pursuit that keeps us physically fit as well as keeping our minds active.
We've been doing it for 30 years. We also enjoy many other things on our travels as well.

Welcome to the gang outdoorlyf, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I don't do a Blog as such but have done a 'monthly update' for the forum and email to my friends and family as well for a few years now.
My grandaughter takes a copy to school and the teacher reads it out, the kids love hearing about a 'grey nomad'.

When we started travelling, we started a Facebook page so that friends and relatives could see where we had been.
It worked well for us, and still does.

One thing we're wary of, is posting content on the internet that let people know that we're currently away from home. On another forum that we're on using our full name & suburb is compulsory.
It's an open invitation for thieves to break into our home during the times we're away, a total of half the year all up. Plenty of people have been ripped of on Facebook. We're not on it.

Yes K & J - Also as a solo chick I'm careful to not say where I am online. I don't even post on wikicamps until I'm well and truely out of the area.

My sentiments as well DD, I never post details of our travels until we are well and truly back home, lot's of people out there who are pretty clever at putting 2+2 together.
