The Great Northern Highway has been closedbetween Fitzroy Crossing and Halls Creek, as rivers rise across northern Western Australia following a week of steady rain.
The De grey River is flooding...........
The Maitland River ( near Karratha) has started flowing,
..Manager of Karratha Station and Mt Welcome Station, Dave Rutherford, said they had received 47mm and 72mm respectively.
