I know where you're coming from AP we have 3 of them as well, 3, 4 and 8 months. We usually mind them 1 or 2 at a time and on the rare occasion we have had all three of them here together - that's a challenge. Love them being here and wouldn't miss it for the world but sometimes you breathe a little sigh of relief when they do eventually go home with their parents. Looks like they are treating you the same way as mine treat me - like a bean bag

Looks like you hate having to spend time with them, But it is your duty so you push yourself to do it and it look like a ton of fun you are all having .

That's why most humans have kids in their 20's & 30's. They're young enough to keep up with them. Us wrinklies can only tolerate them in short bursts.

If you use grandchildren wisely, you will have a second childhood
You can buy them the expensive toys, you wanted, but which your parents could never afford
As our grandchildren are now 25 and 23, we hope to have a third childhood, (somewhere in the future), while we are still young enough to enjoy it
So enjoy your grandchildren while you can, as they grow up much too quickly
Tongue in cheek A wise grandmother once said A wise grandfather will not complain about the money wasted on grandchildren, if he really wants to grow old This advice seemed to have worked, because I am still here, LOL

Gday Paul, hope you are well mate.
We live on our son in laws property and the two grandies visit the caravan every day (we have a rule on weekend that its 10AM). My 8 year old grand daughter delights in bouncing on my adequate stomach, it doesnt hurt as she is very light. Good bonding and I love her to bits.
The 7 year old grandson loves sitting on my new knee and bouncing. At the end of each day we sleep the sleep of the just.
Eril and I spent a couple of hours with the 3 grandies yesterday while their parents were in a meeting.

Aussie Paul.
