Hi, I have a Windsor Genesis poptop with a toilet problem. The toilet is a Thetford cassette 402(6 or C) with a right hand cassette. The toilet doesn't work, no indicator lights showing, no sounds. I have twice flushed the rinse water ad positioned the cassette. Anyone has had similar issues?

From my understanding Thetford offers life long or a very extended warranty on their cassettes. I had one changed over after 3 plus years F O C ? I would check with them or if you purchased from a Dealer them

All fixed!!! Checked out other posts and worked out how to fix the issue - lots of accumulated crap. Flushed the tank a few times, added nappy cleaning tablets which got rid of all the gunk. Thank you all.
