Now here's a little tip to get a bigger discount on your fuel from Woolworths for Woolies shoppers
If you buy a Woolworths wish Gift card , as a RAA member you get a 5 % discount . So filling up at Woolies servos you use your voucher to get your 4 cents a litre off and then pay with the Gift card saving 5 percent more on the purchase. Simple really. Or another thought is buy your gift card at 5% off its value then do your shopping and pay with the Gift card saving 5 % on your groceries. I think I have too much time on my hands
Cheers all Daz

Hi dazz49. I regularly get a Woolies E-gift card for the 5% discount and use it for grocery shopping and it does the same as the plastic gift card. Coles has a similar set up.

If you insure your RV with CIL you will get a travel saver card that does the same thing plus plenty of discounts at other places as well.

I never use the "loyalty" fuel discounts when at home as we have a BP truck stop about 15km from home that is consistently 8 - 10 cpl cheaper than the local stations. ()In fact cheaper than ANY station in SW WA)
I will go there with an empty tank plus 2 - 3 20L jerry cans to really make the drive worthwhile.

Daz, You did not mention that a Milk/Bread etc purchase in store for $5 will get you another 4c off.
Gaylehere, Did not know that Coles Had a similar set up eg Buy a $100 Gift card for $95.

Is that a manned or unmanned site, would you care to share the location so those of us traveling can support them. I can't find a BP in the area on Fuelwatch site

Thank you, I am proud.

Whereabouts is the BP truck stop you mention? We are sometimes down Pinjarra way visiting family so it would be useful to know for filling up the diesel. Now I see JeffRae has already asked too. Thanks, Kay

I (or should I say my husband) can get the Coles $100 gift cards for $95 through his social club. He has kept up his membership even though retired and we also have Caltex Star cards for a fuel discount also through the social club.

The BP I use is at Coolup, 15km south of Pinjarra. Also known as Placid Arc.

Also excellent price at the Puma servo at Waroona - usually 1c more than Placcid Arc.

Looking at Coles Gift Card WebSite, Coles Express do not take Coles Gift Cards, but they take Coles Express Gift Cards. To me there is not a Discount Coles Express Gift Card available.
