First check the battery connections[POSTS] are to clean bright metal,
Then with a load switched on check the voltage @the actual battery terminals
then at the actual cables as they head away .
The readings should be virtually the same

I have never heard of them. Please check again and give us the manufacturers name and model number.

As Oldtrack suggested check your connections, I'd add check everything, don't just look at it give every wire/cable a good tug to ensure it's not loose then tighten all connectors. Only takes one loose connection to cause problems.

Hi
All the basics first .
check connections
check fuses
It can be its trying equalize and found an issue either dead battery or poor connection
green solid /blue flashing equalisation
amber solid /blue flashing dead battery or open circuit
Have battery charged by another source load test and capacity test
Verify you have power from your solar panel and at the power cable coming from the car .
