We try and live by the adage:-
R.M.A
Right Mental Attitude.
But at times I guess that my RMA is not always on track.
However we still like to try and live by such a positive approach to life.

Still keep having conversations with myself about the state of our mental health and we still recon we're fine.

We walk briskly for a hour every morning, eat lots of fruit/veg & have 4 alcohol free days per week. We're not overweight & steer well clear of bakeries on our trips. HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND. Thanks for asking.

Hi there Doo crew, if you go on the telstra chat line you will get a lot quicker response than the phone. I have used it a couple of times with very positive results. Beats hanging on the phone for hours!

Yes - the chat line on 24/7 Telstra is really good. Much faster than before. Just in case, I have these handy all the time!

Yes ,mental health these days are a huge issue ,you see it in adults and you see it in young children and it seems to be getting worse as the years go by , it a sign of the times .
Maybe its the pressure of the modern world. Some mental health problems are caused by severe trauma and others are inherited .
I think the secret to life is to be happy with your lot ,whatever that is and to be thankful for what you got whatever it is .Just remember people make every day count as if it's your last day.
Having said all that ,i think my mental health is not too bad .Thank you for asking.

Was good today. So good I decided to plan a holiday on a plane. Currently 50 minutes into an on-line chat with QANTAS asking what I thought was a simple question. Guessing the person in not Australian or in Australia. Now I'm not good today.

As far as I am aware, I do not have any type of long term health issues, except the usual old age related ones
But in the past, there was a time when the trauma of an accident, made me feel that I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel
I can therefore feel just a little of the anguish, others go through on a regular basis
In this respect, I say
I am feeling very good thank you, so thanks for asking, and I sincerely hope that everyone, is as happy as I am
As a side note, I am led to believe that it takes less muscle effort to smile, than to frown This is good, as I am getting use to doing nothing, and enjoying becoming lazy
