We have a new Swift hot water service fitted to our caravan and it hasn't worked since we bought it, the Swift rep has been out band claimed had fixed. It but no such luck.
Have any of you had any experiences with Swift?

I have a Supreme with a Swift gas/240v hot water unit in it. Has worked fine for 2 years until it recently stopped working. It kept flicking off the RCD on the 240v so we unplugged it and then the gas refused to work as well.
Waiting till the New Year to take it into the local caravan repairer for warranty repairs.
When the van was new we did have a leaking problem and Swift were outstanding in arranging for it to be fixed - only to find it was poor hose installation by the van maker

We have a Nova with a swift hor water system it's only 12 months old but it's working fine s/s steel tank so there's no anode to worry about ,really hot water when required, good capacity, so far were very happy....
There fitting swift hot water systems in some nova and supreme models and no don't others as well I would think quite a few on this forum would have swift hot water systems in there Rvs it would be interesting to find out if any others have any comments....
Bill would you let me know what the problem was P/m or post,it would be much appreciated..

A friend has a Swift 240/gas hot water system in his van. Yes it is a stainless steel tank with no anode as normal in the tank, but it has a thin aluminium anode slid inside the inlet pipe, apparently to 'clean' the water on the way in to the tank, and should be replaced every year. Says all current Swift hot water heaters are like that.
Cheers, John.
