It is not all bad news, for USA and the planet.
But like everyone, our share portfolio took a beating today, but a loss only if one is silly enough to have sold today. May be an opportunity to buy in a day or so.

I'm hopeful that it was all a vote-grabbing act. His victory speech seemed like a different person. Who is the real Trump? We all wait with baited breath. This man is either more intelligent or more conniving than any of us can imagine & the next 4 (or is it 5?) years will see some kind of change, hopefully for the better.

The way the Mexican Currency ( Pepsi cola ) did a dive in value, and the loss of Billions on the Stock Exchange,
there could be very small change indeed !!!

When I went to bed last night all the experts were predicting that the US markets were going to lose up to 10% of it's value, This morning I see that the Dow is up by nearly 300 points (1.5%). Personally I'm going to sit tight and ride it out just like with the Brexit fiasco things will eventually settle down again. I'm not a fan of the man but it was up to the people of the US not the rest of the world to decide who they wanted to lead them and if you think about the choice they had neither option was really that great.
