This time it's an enquiry about the, "REVITIVE, ISO Rocker"
Friends reckon that old farts like me, who insist on doing 30 klm. pushbike rides every morning, over gravel roads, and uphill, most of the way, should buy one of these machines.
Your opinions, please.
Regards.
Pipes.

Hello Pipes
My dear old mother in law, a young 92, without one mean bone in her body has a similar one She also goes to the local hospital for water aerobics in their warm pool three times a week
I would not think that an active person would actually need one, but I am not a doctor
I did read many years ago, but as I am going from memory, then do not quote me word for word
That the longest living people are those who live in the Himalayan mountain region Because they have very little flat ground, each step they take is either going uphill, or downhill. They have oversize calf's, each step helps to push the blood, and the heart then does not have to work as hard
The "REVITIVE, ISO Rocker" is suppose to stimulate the calf muscles

Everybody wants everything for nothing. A pill to lose weight a vibrating plate to trim tone and get you fit. How many items on the morning shows advertising Dust Bunny Collectors that end up under the bed.
Remember those old 40's and 50's machines with the vibrating belt around your Butt. They know dam well they don't work. Why basically have the same thing but run by electric instead of actually doing the physical work?
If Pipes is doing the cycle ride why would he need a machine that you would probably not have enough hours in the day to get the same benefit.

I cannot offer an opinion because I have no idea what a REVITIVE ISO Rocker is.

Quote IsoRocker Electrical pulses cause the calf muscles to gently tense up, then relax, which in turn causes the REVITIVE device to rock back and forth. Unquote
Thanks Tony Bev.
I'm due for some medium/serious "bodywork" on my chassis jext March.
The cycling is a way of keeping the weight down.
I would have posted a photo of the machine, but being a bit of an old fart, I don't know how to.
Thanks
