Bruce & Deb, although exp campers, we have purchased our first van, a 2007 Roma 17'6", currently utilising a VFII commodore wagon. I look forward to searching on this forum for all the right advice. Will initially wait and see how the combo rides before worrying about stabilisers, WDH etc, i have 30 yrs exp in articulated trucks behind me so will take it easy. I think one of the first considerations will be a rear camera monitor as well as setting things up for 'free camping'. Take care & lets all enjoy this amazing country.........

Welcome to the gang Bruce and Deb enjoy here and out in the playground.
The camera and 'free camping' set up will be 2 of the best things you can add to your set up and I tell you that for free.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

Thank you all for replying, just got home after picking the Roma up at Nowra, 4.5 hour drive home with no issues. No stabiliser or WDH, so I'm pretty pleased with the trip. Great cond one owner and it shows. Cheers all.............
