Depends on how far you want to go from Bris CBD.
Redcliffe/Scarborough is the closest & OK ish. Can perhaps take the new Train to CBD. Opened today after waiting about 100 years since it was first promised. Might get a view of the fishing fleet.
Bribie Island has one at Bongaree. Beautiful spot overlooking Pumicestone Passage.
Of course lots at Gold & Sunshine Coast connected via Freeways.
Gold Coast closest 1 hr off peak ... Broadbeach good or get fantastic beach & river views a bit further on at Tallebudgera 1hr 20m OP.
Sunshine Coast .. closest is Caloundra 2hr OP ... then Dickie Beach .. Mooloolaba .. Alexandria Headland .. Maroochydore Cotton Tree and on & on it goes till you get to the best of them all at Noosa River.
Oh .. forgot one on the Southside at Jacobs Well. Sleepy little village just down the GC freeway. River views perhaps.
If you are adventurous there are a couple of very good ones on beautiful natural Stradbroke Is. by expensive Vehicular Ferry. Bitumen roads. We love Amity.

Depends how far from Brisbane you wish to go.
Hervey Bay has 3 council parks that meet that requirement, also another at Burrum Heads near Hervey Bay.
