Hello all we are new to the forum. My husband, dog and myself are starting our lap end of January 2027. Firstly I need anyone's suggestion as to where to stay close the night prior to boarding Spirit of Australia from Melbourne which is dog friendly? If you can help that would be great as I keep going around and around various websites.

Hi Ralphx2 and welcome to this great forum, this question has if memory serves me right ( questionable I know ) was asked not too long ago so perhaps you should search for this topic by utilising the "search" button above .
Now there is nothing like being prepared and getting organised well in advance but 11 years in advance may just be overdoing it LOL.
All good though
Woody

Welcome to the gang Ralphx2, enjoy here and out in the playground.
Now even I know you mean 2017 but Woody is, well a bit silly sometimes. That's a selfy in his AV.
I had to read your introduction twice as I thought you called your husband 'dog'. All good the second read.
Keep safe on the roads and ou there.
