My uncle has just bought a second hand Jayco Expander And he's just found out the hot water doesn't work on mains water.
If he needs hot water it will only work on the 12v pump, so drains his tank when he uses it.
He got in touch with the previous owner and they said it's been like that since new???
Before I go looking around to try and find the problem, has anyone else had this happen?
Is there a chance it hasn't been connected correctly from the factory?
I look forward to any ideas you guys may have.
Cheers
Sol

Without physically seeing. just guess work. Ring Jayco.
I'd say prev owner a liar. Or very slack.

Hi check the connector where the hose goes on, it may be full of mud!! like mine was , that could stop the water.
If not follow the pipe from the connection it may have a tap under the van

Noel, you were right mate. Inside the cupboard under the sink, tucked away was a small tap.
Turned it off and bingo!!! we have hot water from the mains.
Thanks for the hint mate.
