I agree Phil, "disgraceful behaviour". To empty your canister in the toilet is one thing but to rinse it and tip that where people walk and probably eat is another. It's not only disgraceful but disgusting as well what some people do.
The show ground that I think Barrie is referring to is not far away at all and has a dump point.

The dump point at Gin Gin is directly across the road from the BP Service Station which is less than 300 mts from the Free Camp Area. Must admit though the signage to it is very poor but it is there, so there's no excuse for not using it.
We've been making good use of it these past 2 months whilst undertaking repairs on "Roadworks", hopefully we'll be back on the road in a few more days after we finish replacing the front suspension.

I agree with everyone about dobbing this person in
I am sure that there must be some sort of health law, against emptying the rinse water from a toilet cassette, onto the ground.

Anytime you see someone doing something wrong GET PHOTOS and with the longest lens you have.
Get faces and rego details as well as the act and then you have evidence.
While at Green Lake there was a drongo doing slides in the mud etc and roaring around and then proceeded to the boat ramp and tried to clean his ute by backing in and out with speed. Got it all with 300mm lens and when the local copper came around was very impressed with the evidence. Got on the blower whilst talking to me and got the details of said GEMNTLEMAN and girlfriend and said he would venture around to speak to him and guaranteed he would not be back.
Also once saw a dog attacking sheep and harassing the alpacas in a paddock along side where I was parked, again took photos and told the farmer. The council officer came out and spoke to me and asked for a copy of the photos which I emailed him. I was advised the owner was fined and they lost the tenancy of the farm house they were renting. I did warn them three times prior that their dog was annoying the sheep but they said it was too small to pull a sheep down so it was alright. Have seen sheep spooked that much by dogs that they ran into the fence and injured themselves.
