G-day. Well it was ,just got the good news(!!!) some time in the next 3mts will be having Radical prostectomy.
This is my 2nd hit with prostate cancer last was 4yrs back.
All has been going good until Jan this yr. Psa went from mid 3s too 5 in Jan then blood test end off July up to
5.9. We were in central qld.Rang Urologist in Newcastle, get your butt here asap,1700kms 4 days later to be told
prostate is coming out.
Having a full ct scan tomorrow to see if it has spread or hopefully still in 1 spot.

Good luck with the scan tomorrow. Hopefully it hasn't spread and can be caught in time with the one operation.

I just went and had all tests done about 2 weeks ago. The doc was happy with all tests done. I have slightly enlarged prostate but he says nothing to worry about at this stage. So happy with that.

Ken, 3 years ago my husband was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer with a Gleeson score of 8. Down to Brisbane for DaVinci Robot assisted surgery. Tests are still clear, with 3 monthly testosterone injections.
