I don't mean to take anything away from the images (they're great), but how much better would they be if we could be certain that they were real and didn't have to wonder whether they had been photoshopped. In fact I suspect that most, if not all, have been faked.

dorian, I don't give a Rat's if they are faked as you say, the first impression I got, ( and I'm sure others did as well ) was that they were very pleasing to look at, and did bring a smile to the face,
So why try and destroy a few pretty pictures by making these statements ????

We all love these kinds of images, and so do I, but when I subsequently discover that they have been faked, then I feel cheated.
David Attenborough has routinely "faked" film footage, and he still does. His viewers were outraged, and rightly so. In fact his documentaries now feature a "this is how we did it" section at the end of each episode. I still enjoy watching them, regardless of whether the shots are staged or "natural".
Seems like they don't need a Camera Man any longer...........
Love the shot of the fox having it's picture taken - and then going round to check the results
- I didn't know that foxes were vain
Lynda
You could be right there Lynda, here's a cameraman teaching his friend how to use the camera................
