Haha.....will it make any difference to most of us ???
How about the long white length of toilet paper - reckon they need ballot voting booths twice the width to be able to read it.
We voted early and one issue was the lack of adequate lighting. It was a church hall and had too many booths in it for the room size so many of them were in shadow from the overhead lights.

I reckon a few VERY UNHAPPY CAMPERS in Toogoolawah.
The Local Primary school is the Polling station, The local Police have been booking people parking in the School Zone.
This is despite it is a Saturday, School Holidays and of course Federal polling day.
No wonder people get P****D off at authority figures.

seems the cops have their priorities right......in WA the police don't enforce parking infringements - its left to Council Rangers

Did an 18 hour shift working at a polling booth yesterday 7am till 1am. We had a nice cosy school hall with wooden floors, heaters when needed and sun shining in the windows but it did get cool after the sun set.

Not "Warm & Fuzzy" however I do appreciate the fact that we live in a democratic nation where we are able to have a direct influence on who is to run the country.

I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling because it doesn't matter which colour you like, be it BLUE, RED, GREEN, or OTHER. A couple of months will pass and the odd one will change colour and the rest will fade to a point where you will not know who they are or what they are doing.

Glad to see the Cops out getting the 'real' criminals ? Those of you who dare to park in a school zone on a Saturday, a polling day. Like I say when people got booked for no safety nets on work Utes meanwhile crime, break & enters etc etc Are out of control in our country town.

I didn't think Toogoolawah was big enough to have local cops, let alone supporting two pubs on the main drag.

We get to be "warm and fuzzy" again on the 16th July as we have a state by-election where we live.
