What is it made of and is the texture the same as real lettuce. The recipe could have all types of flavors. What effect would it have on farming if it was to be mass produced.

If the same technique were used to make imitation parsley, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to taste the difference. (Does anyone actually eat parsley?)
