A Jersey is like a Labrador while a Friesian is way more frightly can jump rails if frightened . Much like a Deberman .. The have more milk but less % of fat . Per acre the Jersey is better . Per cow the Friesian. We crossed bred our herd . With the odd Hershire. They can be cranky too but good breeders and Milkers . Good constitution., town supply farmers usually milk Friesian ..
