Gday...
Good sealed roads north and south ... I came across from Warren/Nevertire and the road was a bit narrow in places.
However, they have done heaps of widening the road (all new seal) and some roadworks between Nevertire and Tottenham.
No problems and like all back roads (my favourites ) little traffic. The occasional truck, but I simply get over and stop on the left and give them full clearance.
Cheers - John

The old Rabbit Trap Hotel.
A great spot to camp. we've stayed there 3 times now and will go back again.
And as rl said, a damn good pub.

Gday...
There is a good overnight camp at the Rabbit Trap Hotel in Albert NSW ... mid-way between Tottenham and Tullamore.
CAMPS 8, NSW Site 890 32 21 25 S 147 30 29 E
There are flushing toilets and showers (for a donation), limited power for a fee, but no dump point.
Call into the pub to let them know you are there.
There are no grey-water restrictions.
The pub is run by a very friendly and helpful family providing good, basic pub tucker at a good price.
[edit: there was 3G Telstra internet/mobile access when sitting in the pub ... but no signal at the camp
]
Here are some photos for your information.
Cheers - John
