First find if power is getting to the pump with one of those voltage testers that look like a screwdriver fro SuperCheap for about $10...if no power then work backwards along the cable to switch then fuse then battery.

Is it just the pump ? Or has low voltage relay kicked in ?

Actual pumps can calk it too.
