Are John, you are such a ray of sunshine today.
I do all those things Plus. Love choc, red wine and a feed of fish. The fact remains. IF IT TASTES GOOD, ITS BAD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!
Well, Lunch is over. (Bread & water + one Banana) I owe I owe, its off to work I must go. The 27th can't come quick enough.
God help Australia when I stop working 14 day weeks. The Government's overdraft will sky rocket.
Cheers Jim

Timely post John,,, on TV tonight,, about 130 research apapers reviewed,,, 2 beers a day for men +25 decrease in death from heart disease.
Watch em change the rules.
The RAAF did this when low alcohol beer came in,,, we reasoned we could drink 1/2 strength beer and logically twice as many,, lol. They didn't see the funny side.
I was on a RAAF base with the lady who devised the annual fitness assessments in 1979.
Gday...
Cheers - John
That about sums it up John.
Or the other way of saying it is:-
"We spend our health to get our wealth we scheme, we toil, we save
Then spend our wealth to get back our health
and end up in a grave"
