Today it is raining in sunny Victoria and my dear wife Shelley has asked me to sort out a route from Victoria heading north, around to the west for the spring flowers and back again.
Plans are flexible, though Shelley has asked me to plot a route anti-clockwise around Australia starting in Melbourne where we will pick up our mobile accommodation. We have yet to purchase a caravan or motor home, though the plan is for next year before winter sets in. As we have no time line, could some kind souls please start us off on where to start joining the dots staying at pet friendly caravan parks? I would imagine when we gain some experience we will try our hand at free camping. Though not just yet.
No doubt we will meet other travelers on the road and they will suggest places to go to as well. Just something to get us started up through Victoria and New South Wales. We have done the coast road to Merimubla with the children years ago. So I was thinking something inland that would be new and interesting as well. If we head to Albury or Echuca. Where to from there? Tumut? Batlow? Burke? Wagga? (These are towns picked at random)
One day we would like to make it to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. I have never been to Bright. That would be on the cards too.
Traveling with two pugs.
Open to ideas to start our new adventures.

Looking forward to bumping into you on the road.

Don't forget to take your pets vaccination cards with you plus a record of their chip numbers. handy if you need to make use of kennels. Enjoy your trip.
