we are heading down that way in the next few days,stopping at lightening ridge for a day or so then on down through cobar and dinelliquin.then on to echuca,
will be in out 1933 ford and caravan.

Thanks for replies, I think task may to vague...was camped at gum bend last week and got into great conversation with a fellow camper that I would love to catch up with at some time to share some more yarns, but have only got his first name....just have to hope paths cross some where out there. In the vague chance of someone in this locality coming across Chris, man in his 60's driving a white vw transporter, not a camper van to look at but has a good size solar panel as a give away.....would you be willing to pass on mobile number ? He mostly likes camping in the bush away from the maddening crowd....I can send mobile number to you by private message on gn board....or just tell him I will be at Canowindra for hot air balloons from Wednesday on...showgrounds and then volunteer parking area...it's a real long shot so not holding breath. Ta!

This is our 7th night here, sorry haven't seen a VA like you describe. Leaving tomorrow, what do you mean by camping in the bush?
