Further to Allan's tale of the rubbish finish of his Paramount van, I quote the following from their website;
"Where the pursuit of quality is Paramount" unquote.
Some people obviously have a different interpretation of quality to the rest of the caravanning public.

I empathise with Allan !!
We have a 19 month old Supreme - had 60+ warranty repairs so far with 4 more approved but not yet done, BUT now
1. Our water heater is smoking up the top vent and outside cladding and giving off a strong gas smell inside, and
2. Kept blowing our RDC and had a sparkie visit us 3 times before he was able to find a dead fault between a GPS and the batter charger GPS which he suspects has been caused by a cladding screw drilled through the cable after the pre-wiring was done when the 'van was unlined.
Supremes answer so far is we're outside their 12 month warranty OR we can tow the 'van all the way from Perth to Melbourne and they will have a look at it (no promise of fixing it) in their factory.
Next step is a formal complaint to WA Consumer Protection Dept
