I have been watching this site, on and off, for a few years now. I must say that I find it to be an overall friendly site, with many forum members giving helpful hints. My impressions are that all the regular contributors are to be commended for their helpfulness to any who ask for advice
About myself and the Smart Woman Who Must Be Obeyed We are both over the retirement age, friendly people, who are always willing to help where we can, and I am not shy to ask others for advice when I am on the road.
I was fortunate to bump into Billeeeeee and Jules, in the Wagin WA showgrounds last year. I asked them about the setup of their Fiat Jayco motor home, as I have an older model. Billeeeeee explained that he was using a DC / DC battery charger and had isolated his original inbuilt Setec battery trickle charger.
I would like to say, thanks for that and other advice Billeeeeee and Jules, it was appreciated.
I hope to say hello to other Grey Nomads when I meet them in the playground

G'day Tony and Bev and welcome to the forum from another sandgroper.

Welcome to the gang Tony Bev, enjoy here and out in the playground.
Mostly friendly people here for sure even KFC is friendly in his pink shirt that he says he doesn't have.....but! Occasionally a bad apple sneaks over the boarder but our webmaster (Cindy) is on the ball and puts them in the bad apple bin and I tell you that for free.
Keep Safe on the roads.

Hello Dougwe
Thanks for those kind words of welcome. I did realise that there use to be a few bad apples, on the forum. I can assure you that I am mainly harmless. I shall certainly say hello to you and all the others from your tribe, at Greens Lake, if/when I am in that area.
Have a nice day
