It is a shame you view it that way, it was a chance to get together and stay at a really good rate and join in on a great afternoon of music. All who were there had a great time.

Glad it went well Heather - you going to make it a regular thing?
Oh, and Paul( Poppy Sore Eye) - Heather is a long standing member of GN's - though she hasn't posted much - I've been told hers is a great park to stay in, reasonable rates.

thanks Jules, yes every month second sunday of the month. I have been learning heaps of new songs and others that come have been really great. Howard who is a singer and bush poet who comes most months is amazing. We even had a Jamaican cruise ship entertainer last month, great entertainer! Best thing is it is such a nice relaxed afternoon with no pressure. We had some teenagers at our first one who realised for them it was more nerve wracking playing to a small audience than being at high school up on a stage and a fair distance from an audience.

I reckon, if you are getting good value for money and having a good time as well you don't need to ask for a discount. Promoting agood time and facilities is not advertising it is the sort of info I would like to hear. I say keep it up,well done.Cheers Allen
