Old Mate has a 2012 Retreat Macquarie with a Dometic 3way, 2door fridge. (Can't remember model no)There is no power to the fridge when connected to 240 volt or connected to car. Large 15 amp fuse at fridge base seems Ok. What should we check?

Make sure the Fridge 240v plug is actually in the socket. They sometimes rattle lose but dont come out completely. Usually the GPO is tucked away inside a cupboard.

Could be heater element.
I had same thing in my Avan camper many moons back and that was the problem.
Edit.......as for 12v it could be that the 12v cable is too thin and bigger cable is needed.

I posted being qualified to work on 240v ., if it's hard wired you'll have to take it qualified sparky. Not just an auto electrician .

Yes there is 12v power to fuse and into fridge. The fridge has an LED display panel inside fridge door which is not lighting up. We tried the AC plug into different sources with no success. Anything else recommended?
