I bought a little second hand Lemair freezer model FR120v which was going when I picked it up. Plugged it into the power point when I got home and it went for a few days. Bought some frozen food and placed it inside but a few hours later the freezer stopped working. It had tripped out the safety box in the unit. A few days later I turned it on again and it tripped out the safety switch again. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

Thanks, you could be right. Just out of curiosity I would like to know what is causing it to cut out like that. Hate to pay an arm and a leg by an electrician to be told that it can't be repaired. Bummer!

I would say your compressor on the freezer is at fault, cost more to get it look at than its worth.
