As we have been on the road for a little bit & now toying with the idea of going full time, we have been discussing upgrading the van. In our travels we have paid attention to the variety of van on the road. One that has caught my eye is the brand Traveller, so while in Adelaide we went and had a look at the range. One in particular has roused my interest but I would really like feedback on after sales service and quality of their product.
i understand that its a heavy van & would have to upgrade tug as well as I think the Jeep might now be at its max towing ability, but that's a different subject to discuss.
what do existing owners think?
thanks for your feedback.

We have a 21'6" Traveller and are very happy with it.
Bought it at a Caravan Show from George the CEO of Traveller who was at the Adelaide Dealers show site. After Sales for us was great. Had problem with the switch on the outside light next to the Door and was sent the full light switch unit for easy replacement. Other minor issues were fixed/replaced no probs. From memory our payload was 650 Kg (or 560Kg cannot remember) and had an engineer upgrade to approx. 800Kg about 3 years after purchase.
There are definitely cheaper, good quality vans out there, but as we takes ours off the tar we are happy with our purchase.
Peter.

We have a 21.6 as well,
bought ours through Northland caravans in Adelaide, could not fault the customer service or the after sales backup from the dealer as well as the builder. We have only ever had a couple of minor issues and these were dealt with promptly and with courtesy.
We had our GVM upgraded when the van was 3 years old by the builder who was extremely helpful.
ours is 2400kg tare weight.

When we had our traveller we found Northland arrogant and terrible to deal with, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Check your caravan weights !!!!

I and many others find your post very difficult to accept based on our experience and that of many Traveller owners.
I could speculate as to what would make this team respond like that but I won't for sake of this forums rules.

I'm telling people about my experience - as you have yours, I have also spoken to many Traveller owners !
I could also speculate as to your reason you have to posted what you do!
I didn't place my comment to make a argument, my view is my personal dealings that I had with the company.
We all have the right to say what we feel and what we have experienced, I suggest you keep your personal comments to yourself for the sake of the forum
