I have the version 1 I made some recommendations to the manufacturer that led to version 2, may van has a tow ball weight of 230kg so I needed to get the double clamp bracket to go on the A frame as the single point one supplied by jayco was flexing too much.
I use mine to do a 360 degree turn in my yard and it works well with a supercheap jumpstarter pack.

Yes I keep it charged and throw up on the A frame when moving saves rewiring the van for 12volts out as my usual 12volt power source is a anderson plug off the tug.
It is normally on charge in the shed for when I need it (only at home to park the van)
Has anybody got an Optitec caravan mover either a V1 or V2. Any reports on performance would be appreciated.
