Just a short intro, Mick & Julie aka popeye are in waiting mode for delivery of our first van. That should occur early January 2016. We are looking forward to getting out and about. The rig will be a 2015 D-max crew cab and a 2011 Jayco Discovery outback. Any tips for our first trip, as grey nomads in the making?

Welcome to the forum Mick & Julie,
Lots to learn when starting out. Do a search as there is lots of info in here. If you don't find what you are looking for then pop a question into the appropriate section of the forum for best results.
Always someone in here happy to have a chat and I expect that the "Chief of Cheer" will come along and welcome you also
Looking like you will have a good touring setup when you get it all together
Check out the forum shop as well for some handy merchandise.

Hello Ian - adventure before dementia - welcome to the forum the numbers you see are because you are probably using a tablet or ipad, and the forum site doesn't recognise these - has it's own emoticons when you are posting an original thread, or use the "advancedreply" at the bottom of the page of your post.
Welcome to the site - enjoy all the forums and subforums, there is also a classified ads section, and several others, click at the top of the page where it says to "go to The Grey Nomads website". Hope to see more of you on here!
