I must be living and travelling in a parallel universe.
If it is not a parallel universe, then I definitely seem to be living and travelling in a different world to so many others.
My seven year old van has always towed without a problem;
my vehicle is one that others see as unreliable, unfixable and a liability away from a big city - but has not had a single hiccup;
all the fixtures and appliances in my van continue to operate without issue;
I have never been confronted by another camper with a bad attitude;
I have never been confronted by a ranger/official who has been unpleasant or told me to move on;
I have not encountered a shop keeper/assistant who has been unpleasant;
I haven't needed to get short-tempered with any shopping experience;
I haven't been confronted with a 'scam', let alone been caught by one;
I don't think all pollies/councillors/public servants are lazy, corrupt and worthless;
I haven't seen the need for a 'dash cam' to record all the stupid incidents by others drivers as I haven't encountered such incidents.
I am sure there are other things that all you lucky people suffer in your lives and/or travels but they escape my memory at the moment.
Why do I have to miss out on all this fun most others seem to have ?
My life seems to be so boring and lacking in excitement and stimulation in contrast to others.
Why have I been discriminated against? Why do I have to suffer a poor boring, unexcited and uninteresting life?
Cheers - John

Well said John, I'm in pretty much the same category as you.
Perhaps the one exception is scams, seem to get my share of emails from people offering me large sums of money, as well as the odd one from Fedex or Australia post advising me of an undelivered parcel.

Trouble is like a mud puddle in the middle of the road. You can drive though it flat out & spend days cleaning up the mess. Or slow down, take a small detour & it has no effect on you.
The bigger the mud puddle the more some people like driving through them.
Cheers Pete

As you get older, your memory deteriorates, especially your short term memory.
